Kyrgyzstan
I was at a low point in life when I decided to go to Kyrgyzstan. I was lost and unmotivated and started to feel numb to all the movements surrounding me. I needed to find myself and my spark for happiness. I spent 4 weeks trekking through the remote mountains of this relatively unknown land with no wifi, running water, or modern day amenities. I was swallowed by the peaks, valleys, and wild horses around me. It was peaceful and calm and just the escape I needed to recharge my batteries. It’s amazing how stepping out of your comfort zone and giving up the small luxuries in life can bring so much fulfillment and joy.
